Emergency Department RN Nurse Manager

An Eastern New York, 200-bed medical facility is looking for a new Nurse Manager in their Emergency Services department. As the Emergency Department RNNurse Manager, you will be responsible for day to day activities within the department, including operations, budget, and staffing. An essential key to the Emergency Department RNNurse Manager position will be to help grow communication between department members, which consist of nurses, physicians, nurse practitioners, and educators. The Emergency Department consists of 55 full time employees and the Emergency Department RNNurse Manager will need to be be seen as both a mentor and a leader among all of them.
