Our client located in Mattituck is searching for a personal lines account manager that will responsible for servicing, retention and account rounding of personal lines risks.
Provide customer service and account reviews
Assist clients in making coverage changes
Gather and analyze information needed to provide solutions to customer needs
Actively solicited additional lines of coverage and rounding out accounts to meet client needs at every service opportunity
Facilitate the prompt and efficient handling of claims
Document agency management system within guidelines
Minimum 3 years insurance experience handling personal lines
Organized and detail oriented
Excellent computer skills
Must have excellent verbal and written skills
Professional telephone manner
P&C LICENSE PREFERRED
