Machine Operator responsibilities include:
Starting up the system from a cold start; Monitoring and controlling a running system; Planning a shutdown to run out all ingredients; Performing a clean up to sanitary specifications; Formulating correct slurry mixes for each product; Operating processing equipment to produce the correct quantities of each product; Operating tote dumper, fryer and seasoning adjust; Observing and controlling the delivery of product.
