In this role, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or other specialized needs.
As a DSP, you will help individuals live fulfilling lives by promoting independence and supporting them in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities:
Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
Maintain a safe and clean living environment for individuals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or other specialized needs preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
